Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US, and expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Please note that for custom-made items, shipping typically takes 30–35 business days.
Yes! We now offer free standard shipping on all orders (Domestic US & International) over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate of $20 will apply.
We ship to 40+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Warranty
We offer hassle-free 30-day returns on all products. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Simply contact us to initiate a return and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, material failures, and fit issues. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Yes, installed products can be returned within 30 days if they have a defect or fit issue. For change-of-mind returns, products must be uninstalled and in original condition.
Product Compatibility

Most of our products are compatible with both LHD and RHD vehicles. Product pages will specify if there are any regional differences.
Yes! We have fully tested our catalog with the 2024 Model 3 Highland and 2025 Model Y Juniper. Compatible products are clearly labeled on each product page.
Generally, installing aftermarket accessories does not void your Tesla warranty. However, modifications that cause damage to your vehicle may affect warranty coverage for that specific component.
Installation
Yes! 95% of our products are designed for easy DIY installation. Most accessories can be installed in under 15 minutes with no tools required.
Every product comes with detailed written instructions. We also have video installation guides on our YouTube channel and in the product pages.
Most products require no tools at all. Some accessories may need basic tools like a plastic trim removal tool or a screwdriver, which are noted in the product description.
