Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China and delivered to addresses within the United States. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Time
After your order has been paid, our warehouse needs 1–3 business days to process, pack, and dispatch your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
“Business days” refers to Monday through Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Time
Orders are shipped via sea freight with last-mile carrier delivery. Estimated transit time is 15–30 business days depending on your destination and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, weather, holiday periods, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided within 24–48 hours after your order has been dispatched. If you cannot access your tracking information, please check again after 48 hours or contact us.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
