Returns & Refunds Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
